l 产品结构分析
如图1所示产品结构图,材料为SECC,厚度为1mm,零件要求卷边,并且弯曲角度为65度。

2 排样设计
依产品结构,模具结构采用级进模结构,排样图如图2所示。排样间隙为0,其冲压工艺为:①冲孔;②修整;③首次弯曲;④卷边;⑤二次弯曲;⑥切断和最后整形。其中卷边和弯曲均分二次完成。
3 模具结构
(1)卷边工艺分二次完成,模具结构如图3a首次弯曲和图3b卷边。由于模具结构较详细,此处不再叙述。
(2)65度角弯曲分两次,第一次弯成90度,模具结构如图3c所示;第二次弯曲成65度(图4a、b所示),模具结构及工作过程如图4所示,其模具结构很清楚,其工作过程不在叙述。
