在等离子表面冶金技术的基础上,针对金属陶瓷WC在高温下易烧损、熔解的特点,对现有设备的等离子炬进行改进,设计出表面冶金金属陶瓷专用等离子炬,将单送粉系统改为双送粉系统,并采用对比试验,对等离子炬改进前后形成的冶金层组织性能进行分析比较,结果表明,改进后的等离子炬所形成的表面冶金层中的WC烧损率大大减少,第二相强化效果明显,耐磨损性能大大提高。
