菜名： 冰清雪蛤膏
主料： 雪蛤膏3克，荸荠5颗，银耳9克。
配料： 冰糖适量，姜2片。
做法： 1．雪蛤膏洗净，用清水浸3～4小时，直至发透。
2．除去水发雪蛤膏的黑膜，用投入姜片的沸水汆后捞起，装入炖盅。
3．荸荠去皮，切碎；银耳先用水发开，掰成小块。将其与冰糖一同放入炖盅，加入适量沸水，约炖20分钟即可食用。
特点： 色洁如雪。
药用价值： 雪蛤膏味咸，性平；荸荠味甘，性微寒；银耳味甘，性平。三者合用，能养阴润肺，清热化痰，止渴生津，祛烦祛燥，息喘补虚等，对肺痿气滞、咳嗽痰中带血、肺燥痰热、大便燥结不通等疾病特别有效。
