Based on the problem of the supportability assessment of the torpedo electro-dynamic system,and according to the conception of the supportability of it,the evaluation model of the supportable system of torpedo electro-dynamic system is created by DHGF(meta-synthesis of improved Delphi,analytic hierarchy process,grey interconnect degree,and fuzzy comprehensive evaluating).
针对鱼雷电动力系统保障性评价问题,根据其保障性内涵,运用由Delphi法、层次分析法、灰色关联法、模糊评判法集合而成的DHGF算法,建立了某型鱼雷武器电动力系统的保障性评价模型,给出了研制阶段鱼雷电动力系统保障性定性与定量相结合的评估方法,克服了以往定性评价方法的模糊性和不确定性,能更准确地为鱼雷武器的保障性设计提供依据。
