      安装在封闭管道中,按节流装置的原理,测量液体、气体和蒸汽流量的检出元件。标准孔板是一块具有圆形开孔的金属薄板,圆孔壁与孔板前端面成直角,安装时孔板轴心与管道轴线同心。孔板已有国际标准(ISO 5167)。测出孔板两端压差,按此标准即可算出具有一定精确度的流量值。孔板取压方式在国际标准中规定为径距取压、法兰取压和角接取压(取压孔紧靠孔板)3种(图1)。当测量含有少量固体的液体或含有少量液体的气体时,为便于少量固体或液体通过,孔板的开孔可制成扇形的,或制成与管道的轴线是偏心的(图2)。
