sh日2!c日nc卜日s片{匕。日J数字存储示波器(digital storage oseilloseope) 以数字序列形式记录被测波形的示波器。 数字存储示波器既具有存储功能，又具有实时观测能力。在实时观测时，其功能与普通示波器相同。被测模拟信号经调理(衰减、放大)并由A/D转换器变换成数字量后，被写人存储器RAM，并在需要的时候，从RAM中取出，显示在屏幕上。 除存储被测时域信号和显示其波形外，数字存储示波器又能对被测信号进行多种运算处理，且能程控或遥控测量过程;还能以数字形式显示各种给定值和被测对象的特征值，观测触发前的信号，观测单次信号尤为方便，且观测慢变信号时无闪烁现象。一些型号的数字存储示波器采用游标读取测量值，可明显减小人为因素以及示波管和放大器的非线性造成的误差，使测量准确度甚至可优于1%。一些型号的数字存储示波器带有数字通信接口，可将被测信号送至计算机完成更复杂的运算或处理，或参与组成自动测试系统。数字存储示波器多具有功能“菜单”，借助它选择仪器功能并操作示波器，即利用软件减少了操作面板上的控制键与调节旋钮。 依托于数字信号处理技术和与计算机一起构成智能测试系统，使数字存储示波器非常适于对复杂的单次瞬变信号的记录、存储、分析及研究。随着新的模数转换技术的出现和扫描变换技术的进步，数字存储示波器的功能与性能都还将不断发展口----------一 数字存储示波器的一般性能，见数字测量系统。
