In order to realize image super-resolution more efficiently,a novel hybrid algorithm was proposed in this paper--first,the difference coding was verified to be more excellent than direct coding,and the chromosome of variant length can save 25%restoration room--next,the messy algorithm was combined with niche algorithm.
