This thesis is mainly on “The Research and Design of X-band Microwave Doubler and DDS+PLL Microwave Frequency Source”, The doubler converts 100MHz to 9600MHz step by step, DDS( Direct Digital Synthesis) produces all kind of signals, these signals mix with the signals that comes from the PLL(Phase Locked Loop), by this way, we can gain microwave signals.
本论文研究的课题由两部分构成,X波段微波倍频器的研制与DDS+PLL微波频率源的设计,前者将100MHz输入信号,通过多次倍频输出9600MHz信号,后者是直接数字频率合成DDS产生所需要的各种信号,通过与锁相环PLL环外混频将频率抬高至微波频段。
