Design & establishment of locked rotor test bench for scroll compressor

This paper deeply analyzes the impedance curve of the asynchronous motor starting process,and according to the characteristic that the measurement impedance of a asynchronous motor changes with the slip ratio,presents a criterion to judge locked rotor during the starting process of the asynchronous motor.

It can conveniently test the motor\'s performance in the state of no-load,load and locked rotor,and can draw the performance parameter curve required.

Detection of the ultrasonic motor stalling based on wavelet package transform;

Some key points in haptic device design as the selection of motors and the regulation of stall torque with the current are also illustrated in detail with the result of experiment.

Based on the analysis of forcefeedback system, a method of regulating the stall torque withvoltage is proposed, and also the maximum electrical time con-stant.

Start from the necessary of some force control cases, a stalling torque control method and the technical implementation of three phase AC torque motor based on the stator voltage feed-forward compensation based on the relationship between stalling torque and the stator voltage are pressented.
