大李村位于江苏姜堰市张甸镇北部，东邻梁徐镇，南至三盟村，西与宫王村接壤，北与苏陈镇相连，村域面积241公顷，外环公路穿境而过，本村距镇区约8km。
大李村现状自然村落5个，村民小组14个，总户数619户，人口2485人，目前人均宅基地面积86m2。村庄集中居住点为10个组，集聚户数520户，1600人。
村域地形平坦，河道纵横。地形绝对标高在4.6-5.0米，地基承载力在8-12t/m2左右，地震基本烈度为7度。大李村位于北亚热带季风气候区，气候温和，年平均气温在14.5oc左右，年均降水量在991.7mm上下。常年主导风向为东南风，境内主要河流有李庄河,主要道路为外环公路。河道常年水位1.3-1.5m,枯水位0.8m，历史洪水位3.40m。
