We state a precise definition of the quality of urban development.
本文在对质量概念嬗变探讨的基础上,聚焦于城市层面,对城市层面的质量展开了初步研究,一方面我们对此概念进行了精确界定,将其定义为"城市在发展过程中,各种功能发展水平及其满足公众当前与未来需求的程度",笔者认为我们关于城市发展质量的定义不仅抓住了城市及城市发展的本质,还融入了可持续发展的理念,具有普适性,能够将跨时间、地域、文化的城市发展纳入统一的标准进行衡量;另一方面我们也给出了城市发展质量评价的初步思路,构建了该领域研究框架。
