To overcome these shortcomings,a brick element re-meshing technique is presented for hot finish-rolling process simulation,the finish-rolling of typical type H250×125×6×9 is analyzed by the proposed nu- merical anal.

In order to analyze the whole process,a brick-element re-meshing and data mapping technique was presented for simulating the shape-metal rolling and similar process,in which the explicit time integration was selected to analyze the transient roll-pass proces.
为了保证数值分析过程的顺利进行,提出了一种适用于型钢轧制及其类似过程的六面体网格重构及数据映射方法,利用显式积分分析瞬态轧制过程、利用隐式积分分析轧制间隙的瞬态温度场,保证了较高的计算效率。
