周期性子宫内膜改变


生育年龄妇女子宫内膜受到体内雌激素与孕激素的影响会发生周期性的变化。子宫内膜由基底层和功能层组成,前者与肌层相连,月经后内膜由此修复和新生,后者则表现为周期性变化。在月经周期的前半周期,受雌激素水平影响,内膜进行月经期脱落后的新生和修复,并表现为增殖期的变化,腺上皮与血管增生,内膜渐渐增厚,排卵后由于体内孕激素水平增高,内膜中的腺体逐渐有分泌功能,腺腔内有分泌物排出;血管更形增长、弯曲成螺旋形;整个内膜层更形增厚。月经期因体内雌、孕激素水平下降、内膜开始成碎片状脱落,随经血排出体外。下一周期,内膜重又修复、增殖、分泌及脱落,直至卵巢功能消失,内膜周期变化也消失。
