In view of the problem that many indexes involved in route choice can not be quantified,the weight of index is hard to be determined or low in creditability,an information entropy method is adopted to obtain the entropy weight of each index in the evaluation index system and the grey fuzzy evaluation of transportation route choice plan is performed by.
为解决雷达备件输送路线选择问题,建立了输送路线选择方案评估指标体系,针对评估指标体系中多个指标无法量化及指标权重很难确定或可信度不高的问题,采用熵权法得到评估指标体系中各个指标的熵权,并综合运用模糊理论和灰色系统理论对输送路线选择方案进行灰色模糊评估,最终得出输送路线选择方案的优劣排序,算例分析结果表明该方法具有很强的实用性和推广性,其评估结果可以辅助保障指挥员迅速对输送路线方案优劣做出评估,合理作出路线选择决策,对提高雷达备件保障能力具有重要意义,对于其它物资的输送保障同样具有指导借鉴意义。

【地价评估趋势评估法】土地价格在一定的时间内由于受诸多因素影响,呈周期性的波动,但总趋势是上升的,因此,利用一定的数学模型,就可以求算出地价,一般要通过回归分析,找出土地价格与时间变量之间的函数关系,画出地价发展变化趋势图形,然后建立数学模型,进而推算出地价。若以Y代表历年地价,X代表时间,丫代表地价,其关系式为:y‘=a+bx(a、b为常数)。采用这一方法,需以长年积累起来的地价变动资料作为分析依据。地价的时间序列最好在ro年以上。因为时间序列愈长,愈能排除偶然因素和短期因素对趋势值的异常干扰。另外,用地价长期趋势图可比较两个地段地价_L涨的强弱程度,如果长期趋线越陡,则表明该地段地价升值性越强;反之,则表明该地价的升值性越弱。
