In order to get the storage life of the solid missile motor,the variation of the extensibility of propellant in the storage period was studied by accelerated aging test and the pattern of Von Mises strain of the grain under internal pressure and axial acceleration loading was obtained using three-dimension viscoelastic finite element method.
为了预估固体导弹发动机的贮存寿命,通过推进剂加速老化试验,得到该推进剂延伸率随贮存时间的变化规律;应用三维粘弹性有限元分析方法,对发动机贮存一定时间后直接点火发射过程进行数值仿真,从中得到药柱在点火增压和轴向过载联合作用下最大Von Mises应变随贮存时间的变化规律;将推进剂的延伸率与推进剂药柱最大Von Mises应变进行对比,利用结构完整性评估准则,得到发动机的贮存寿命。

为了分析长期贮存的固体导弹发动机药柱脱粘层界面裂纹在燃气内压和轴向过载联合作用下的扩展情况,建立了发动机药柱在包覆层与推进剂之间脱粘的三维有限元计算模型,并于脱粘界面的裂纹尖端设置三维奇异裂纹元,模拟脱粘界面裂纹扩展。
