制法：
1、冬瓜去皮及瓤，洗净切块。
2、大眼鱼去皮，洗净抹干，煎黄铲起。爆香姜，加水煲滚，下各料滚至冬瓜熟、鱼出味后试味，由于冲菜本身已有咸味，故试味后觉淡才下盐。
