The influence of elasto-hydrodynamic lubrication affected by pressure angle of gear was analyzed by the use of elastic fluid lubrication theory.

性质:是一种无螺杆、无柱塞的挤塑机,又称弹性动力式挤塑机。黏弹性流体塑料经漏斗加入挤塑机内进入转子与固定板之间,转子旋转,流体受到剪切应力作用急剧塑化,熔融材料通过中心轴上的口模连续挤出。其优点是材料在机内停留时间短,加热均匀,适用于热稳定性较差的塑料加工。结构简单,挤出口处的压力波动较小,挤出稳定。它能加工不同形状的原料(粉料、粒料及废料等)。
