onshan liaohua naihuo eailiao sheji yanliuyuon鞍山焦化耐火材料设计研究院(anshanen-gineering and researehinstitute for eoking andrefractories industry)冶金工业部直属的专门从事焦化、城市煤气和耐火材料工程的甲级设计研究单位，位于辽宁省鞍山市，成立于1958年，其前身是1953年成立的黑色冶金设计公司的一部分。现有职工1600余人，技术人员近130。名(其中高级工程师429人，工程师486人)。设有炼焦制气、化工、撼气输配、硅酸盐工艺、热工等22个专业设计室和5个研究所及研究室。除具有甲级工程设计证书外，还具有甲级环境影响评价证书、甲级工程总承包证书，并具有对外贸易经济合作部授予的对外经营权。 建院以来，该院先后承担了鞍山钢铁公司、武汉钢铁公司、攀枝花钢铁公司、宝山钢铁总厂等150多个大中型焦化厂、80多个耐火村料厂以及北京、天津、上海、昆明、福州、大连和青岛等30多个省会及沿海开放城市的煤气工程设计。采用和开发了多种煤制气、油制气和供蒸汽、供电、供煤气为一体的“三联供技术”，以及炼钢及连铸用的特殊新型耐火材料技术。与德国、美国、日本、瑞士等10几个国家的26个公司进行了多种项目的技术合作。近年，该院开发新技术、新工艺和新设备139项，仅1977年以来，就获得国家优秀工程设计奖9项，部省级以上科技进步奖48项，并拥有28项技术专利。该院是冶金工业部的焦化科技信息中心，编辑出版《燃料与化工》、《国外炼焦化学》和《国外耐火材料》等刊物。 该院还不断拓宽业务领域，承担了城市供热、城市煤气输配、建材、大型公共与民用建筑等项目的设计。 1993年，该院被中华人民共和国建设部、国家统计局等联合评选为中国勘察设计综合实力百强单位之 (吴凤山)
