材料方法 取Balb/c小鼠72只,随机分三组,A、B、C三组均制成H22皮下移植瘤模型,分别行氩氦冷冻治疗(实验组A,n=24),氩氦冷冻治疗1天后辅以弗氏佐剂(实验组B,n=24),荷瘤对照(对照组C,n=24)。

性质:3He-4He混合液在0.867K时出现界限分明的上下两相,上相3He含量高称浓相,下相4He含量高称稀相。稀相中4He的熵比3He的熵小得多,浓相中4He的熵又比稀相中3He的熵小得多。3He从浓相进入稀相或从稀相中抽走都会发生降温。用泵把3He-4He混合室与一个蒸发器和一个冷凝器连接起来就组成稀释制冷器。用抽气泵不断地把蒸发器中的3He抽走,蒸发过程中3He带走大量热量。从蒸发器中抽走的3He经冷凝器液化后再回到混合室。用此法可获得0.0035~0.0055K的超低温。
