By implementing the system which pays equal attention to diploma and vocational technique qualification certificate,the quality of vocational skill identification for draughtsman has been improved and variety of qualified draughtsman are fostered.

This study put forward effective method and useful information to promote the reliability of professional skills identification with the application of generalization theory through the reliability analysis of the medium-level salesman examination taken by students of a certain college majoring in marketing.
