位于三清山之南,梯云岭西麓。一石峰上下粗细约等,高百余米,形同桥墩。墩上双叉,直插云宵。相传古时有一仙人欲在三清山、怀玉山之间架一天桥,以玉华峰旁的“仙桥”为第一桥墩,这里为第二桥墩,仙人欲讨口气,问一樵夫:“从三清山到怀玉山能不能架座天桥?”樵夫回答说连神仙也办不到,仙人大为泄气,遂弃桥墩而去。
