Regarding structural system of turbo-generator hall with rigid connections between solid-web-steel-beam roof and Row A & B reinforced concrete columns,there are still no codes or standards for reference in China,corresponding design experiences are also lacking,so it is a creative structural system.

The theoretical and experimental research on the elasto-plastic buckling strength of the web with longitudinal stiffener in I-section steel girder under pure bending was made using energy method and the influence of stiffness of longitudinal stiffener on buckling coefficient of the girder web was analyzed.
