shollsh一d!J一gLJonl旧rlg砂砾石地基灌浆(sand一gravel foundationgrouting)对砂砾石地基进行处理的灌浆。在砂砾石地基中进行灌浆,其主要目的是建造防渗帷幕。一般有两种情况,一是用于临时性工程,例如围瑶地基防渗;另一是用于永久性工程,例如大坝地基的防渗帷幕,它必须与大坝自身的防渗体紧密相连。 在砂砾石地基上建坝.坝基防渗采用灌浆帷幕方法的主要优点是:帷幕对地基变形的适应性好,施工中灵活性大,尤其适用于深厚砂砾石层的坝基防渗处理。在砂砾石层进行灌浆,必须查清地质情况,例如:砂砾石层的组成和分布,其中有无猫土和砂的夹层,夹层厚度如何;砂砾石层的渗透性;砂砾石层的颗粒级配等。 针对某种固粒浆液而言,其对砂砾石层是否可灌,一般常依可灌比值(M)而定.通常以下式表示 M=D巧/d:5式中D15为受灌砂砾石层的顺粒级配曲线上含量为15%处的粒径,mm.姚5为灌注材料的颗粒级配曲线上含t为85%处的粒径,mm。通常认为M>10~15,即表示可以灌注。 在进行坝基帷幕灌策设计之前,应先进行现场灌浆试脸,以试验所得的成果,作为设计的主要依据。 帷幕的型式有均厚式和阶梯式两种。前者帷幕厚度相同,也就是各排灌浆孔的深度相同,多用于较浅的砂砾石层;后者帷幕厚度不同,上部排数多,下部排数逐渐减少,呈上宽下窄的阶梯状,多用于深厚的砂砾石层。 帷幕的深度,一般要求穿过砂砾石层进人基岩。阶梯式帷幕中一般均有1一3排孔进人基岩。 砂砾石层灌浆一般采用水泥猫土浆。水泥与猫土的重t比为1:1~1:4.干料与水的重量比(浆液浓度)为l:1~1:3。浆液结石28天强度要求达到5X 10‘Pa。 选用猫土的条件一般为:塑性指数10%一20%;顺粒(<0.005 mm)含量不少于40%~50%;颖粒(0.005~0.05 mm)含t不多于45%~50%;含砂量小于5%,有机物含量小于3%。 常用的灌浆方法有4种:①打管溜浆法,②套管灌浆法,③循环钻灌法;④预埋花管法。 钻孔的方法依使用的灌浆方法和砂砾石层组成状况而定,可以采用冲击式钻进,也可采用旋回式钻进。当采用前述③和④两种灌浆方法时,允许使用泥浆。 帷幕灌浆完毕后,钻检查孔,做注水或压水试验,求得渗透系数,检验其是否满足设计要求。 通过工程实践,在砂砾石层中使用水泥猫土浆进行灌注,渗透系数可以降低到10--‘一10一”cm/s,若欲再行降低,一般需加用化学灌策.
