给水泵起、停控制一般都采用顺序控制系统,其控制对象包括给水泵电动机、辅助油泵、泵出口阀门和再循环阀门。 在停止水泵时,应先将水泵的转速降到最低值后再停止水泵的电动机,这样做的目的是当再次起动水泵时,可以保证电动机在低负载下起动。水泵起动后,需要保持一定流量的给水以冷却泵体,因此,在泵的出口阀门前设有再循环阀门,当泵的流量低于规定值时就要开启再循环阀门,使泵有足够的流t,一般情况下,再循环阀门的动作值是泵最大流量的30%.为了避免在起动时电动机过载,要求水泵在空载条件下起动,也就是当水泵出口母管压力等于零的情况下起动水泵时,应先将泵出口阀门关闭后再起动,而在其他情况下起动水泵时,不论是泵的切换或备用泵自起动,由于水泵出口母管压力已经建立,为了缩短水泵的起动时间以适应尽快带负载的要求,应在泵出口阀门开启情况下起动水泵,而泵的出口逆止阀在泵起动前处于关闭位置,可以保证泵可靠的隔离。在电动机的轴上带有一台主油泵,在电动机运行时.供液力联轴器和各个轴承的润滑用油.在泵起动和停止过程中必须起动辅助油泵。 给水泵顺序控制系统就是按上述运行方式对给水泵起、停全过程进行控制的.控制装里:对于小型给水泵,可采用继电器组件或小型可编程退抖控制器单独构成;而对于大型机组都归入分散拉制系统中的主、辅机顺序控制系统范围内。 对于汽动给水泵,有关其汽轮机的控制可参见给水泵汽轮机控制系统。j .Shu,beng ql ting kongZhl给水泵起停控制(boiler feed一water pumpstart一up and shut一down eontrol)电动给水泵的容量大、压力高、一般配有液力联轴器或变频调速器调速,因此在结构上和运行方式上都有着自己的特点。
