本文针对目前陶瓷刀具断裂韧度和抗弯强度低的难题,利用氮化硅材料的自增韧补强机理和纳米材料增韧补强机理,成功地研制出了新型自增韧氮化硅基纳米复合陶瓷刀具材料,并对纳米复合粉体分散技术、刀具材料组分配比、烧结工艺、力学性能、微观结构、烧结机理、增韧补强机理、抗氧化机理和切削性能进行了系统深入的研究。

对Al2 O3 TiB2 ZrO2 三元复合陶瓷刀具的力学性能、连续切削工况下的磨损特性和断续切削工况下的抗冲击磨损特性进行了试验研究 ,结果表明 :用TiB2 、ZrO2 复合强化Al2 O3 陶瓷材料可进一步提高刀具的韧性和强度 ,而硬度无明显下降 ,从而可获得良好的综合力学性能和耐磨性能。
