Commercial network planning has become an integral part of urban planning in that it is important in strengthening a city’s centralization and radiation as well as promoting a city’s organic and reasonable development.

This paper studies, since the current commercial distribution is not drawback free, the development and building of China’s commercial network planning, by applying geoeconomy, urban planning theory and comparing analyzation, and then, the necessity of accelerating the speed of commercial network planning is emphasized.
