[制作流程]
(1)将甜不辣切片、芹菜切段备用。
(2)将处理好的甜不辣及芹菜入油锅，加入调味料ａ炒匀起锅。
(3)菠菜切段，用蒜末爆香炒熟，并加入调味料ｂ炒匀起锅。
(4)起油锅，煎牛肉片用调味料ｃ调味煮熟后起锅。
