性质:通常是由高分子基体与无机压电体粉末复合。其中高分子基体可以是各种物理和化学性能优异的普通高分子材料,也可以是具有压电特性的特殊高分子,比较常用的压电聚合物基体包括聚偏氟乙烯、尼龙、聚氯乙烯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚丙烯等。无机压电材料主要是PZT(钛酸锆酸铅陶瓷),复合后其压电性能和介电常数均有改进。如以聚偏氟乙烯为黏合剂与PZT等强介电陶瓷粉混合,制成的聚偏氟乙烯复合压电材料,其压电性能超过PZT陶瓷。此外,聚偏氟乙烯和氟橡胶混合物与PZT复合,得到三元复合压电材料,其弹性系数有较大改善。
