Based on the real normal pressure distribution of wheel-rail contact,which is obtained by the elastic half-space non-Hertzian contact theory,the FastSim algorithm is modified and then applied to calculate the creep forces under the circumstances of single contact,flange contact and double contact in the single contact zone.
