Jlqlguall集气管(eolleeting main)汇集从各炭化室导出的粗煤气的焦炉附属设备。集气管是由钢板焊接或铆接而成的圆形或槽形管道，安装在由炉柱支承的许多托架上，与上升管相连。为了便于氨水和煤焦油从集气管流出，集气管朝氨水流出口方向有6~10%。的倾斜度。各炭化室的粗煤气经上升管进入集气管。由炭化室逸出的粗煤气温度约800℃。在上升管桥管和集气管内，粗煤气被喷洒的热氨水降温并冷凝出大部分煤焦油，集气管中粗煤气冷却的极限温度是粗煤气的绝热饱和温度。集气管压力是保持各炭化室底部在整个结焦过程内都处于正压的关键。为调节集气管压力，在集气管和吸气管间的‘，ll”型管上，设有手动和自动调节翻板。集气管内的氨水、煤焦油和焦油渣通过焦油盒导入吸气管。沿集气管全长设有若干焦油渣清扫孔。集气管上设有放散管，以便在集气管压力过大时放散粗煤气。在集气管端部设有蒸汽清扫管、工业水管和氨水管，以备在焦炉开工和发生事故时使用。 (李哲浩葛茂弟李清田)
