中国的国营新华书店向供销社批发图书的一种形式。为开展农村图书发行工作，省、市、自治区新华书店和供销社双方签订经销图书协议，书店按一定的批发折扣向供销社发书，收取货款；供销社对批进的图书，如经过一段时间尚未售出，除污损者外,可以退回书店,收回货款，或者调换同等书价的其他图书。退货率一般都事先商定。经销包退这种批发形式于50年代起实行。1987年全国供销社经销图书的售书点已发展到 5万多处，销售的图书占全国农村发行图书总额的31％。实行经销包退办法, 可以减少供销社发行图书的经济损失, 方便农村读者就近买书。但对于新华书店则要求加强业务辅导，根据供销社的发行能力和销售情况批给某些适销品种和数量，若掌握不当，将会出现退书过多的现象。
