| 暗河 subsurface stream 喀斯特地区地下水沿碳酸盐类岩石形成的地下溶洞和裂隙通道流动的水流。地面河流沿碳酸岩溶蚀通道潜入地下，流经一段路程后，以泉的形式重新出露于地表。潜入地下的河段称伏流，又称地下河。
暗河主要是在喀斯特发育中期形成的。暗河的空间分布受岩性、地质构造和排水基准面的控制。在地层褶皱的轴部、裂隙和断裂部位、可溶岩同非可溶岩的接触处和排水基准面附近常发育暗河。暗河有自己的补给、径流和排泄系统。大的暗河也形成地下河系。中国广西都安地区的地苏地下河系全长50多千米，集水面积达900平方千米，有支流13条。受当地的大气降水补给，向红河排泄，出口断面最大流量为每秒390立方米。暗河的水位、流量不稳定，旱季与雨季流量差数可达10倍或100多倍。有些暗河水流湍急，有跌水，甚至有瀑布，有的可形成地下湖泊。有一部分暗河水流具承压性。暗河也可发生袭夺改道，使水流集中，河水比降减小。暗河水可用于供水，在一些落差大的地段，可建造地下水电站。 |
