y一e r fengJJ一次风机(primary air fan,PAF)供给锅炉燃料燃烧所需一次空气的风机。按其在系统中的安装位置,有冷一次风机和热一次风机之分。冷一次风机布置于空气预热器之前,从大气或从送风机出口冷风道抽吸空气,并提供所需能量,使空气通过预热器(通常为三分仓预热器)、中速磨正压直吹系统,并翰送煤粉经燃烧器进人炉膛燃烧;热一次风机布t于空气预热器之后,将预热器出口的高温空气送人制粉系统作为干燥剂,随后将煤粉经燃烧器输送人炉膛嫩烧。 通常一台锅炉配置两台一次风机。由于其压力较高,一般采用离心式风机。冷一次风机也有采用双级动叶调节轴流式风机的。热一次风机输送的是高温空气,轴承需要良好的冷却,机壳需要严密的密封。另外,空气经回转式预热器后,携带有一定的粉尘,其叶轮叶片应考虑选用耐磨材料。由于一次风在三分仓空气预热器中的漏风率远远高于整个预热器的漏风率,因此,在确定冷一次风机的风量时,一定要单独计算一次风在预热器中的实际漏风量。
