This article introduced the design proposal of virtual friction moment measurement system of ball screw unit.
系统主要由测力传感器、滤波放大电路、编码器、单片机80C552及上位PC机组成,采用图形化编程语言LabVIEW作为人机界面和数据处理平台,将虚拟仪器技术运用到摩擦力矩测试中来,使得系统的测试功能更加强大,测试、分析过程更加方便、迅速。
