性质:无色晶体。熔点70-72℃,沸点114-115℃(1.6kPa)。易溶于水、醇并分解,微溶于苯,醚、氯仿。易吸湿潮解。

制备方法:将200g(0.95mol)一水合柠檬酸加热熔化,并安排在蒸馏装置迅速蒸馏(避免过热),馏出物含水和衣康酸酐,分层后取下层物,得40-50g产品,收率37-47%。
