Based on the space analysis of the China’s first cable-stayed bridge with doublebridge tower built in the quasi-high-speed railway,this paper proposes a scheme of the ca-ble-stayed bridge with continuous rigid structure which consists of the fix-jointed bridgetower and girder,the fix-jointed bank pier and girder and the channeled box girders.

Three-high cogging mill with shallow box pass can decrease rolling energy cons umpt ion,This paper analys is the reason of shallow box pass decreasing rolling energy cons umption from the rolling mechanics,and gets the shallow box pass may decrease energy consumption about 3%～5%,by determining the actual rolling energy consumption of the general ox and the shallow box pass.
