The Doppler weather radar is the advanced radar system up to now in the world, it not only extract the reflectivity factor in the radar echo which is done by the traditional weather radar, but also extract the radial velocity and relevant spectral width of the precipitation particle, which great improved the capability of weather monitoring and forecast.
