By means of an analysis on the structure and corrosion near the crack that has been taken place twice on the pitching boom of a ship unloader,and by consideration of its accumulating amount of work,this paper calculates its total cycle index during the designed service life,and verifies its fatigue strength for the structure that is cracked.

考虑了带弹性帆板与液体燃料的航天器做俯仰运动时刚-液-弹之间的相互耦合作用,采用已推导的刚-液-弹耦合系统非线性动力学方程组,应用多尺度法对耦合系统液体一阶主共振的非线性动力学特性进行解析分析,发现了幅频曲线软、硬特性随液深发生转换的现象,发生转换时的临界液深值大小与液体燃料在航天器中的位置、航天器与弹性帆板的转动惯量相对于液体燃料密度的比值均有关,并通过与数值模拟比较,验证了解析分析的正确性。
