为了减少丝绸生产废水中的溶解性丝胶蛋白质造成的有机物污染,应用膜过滤技术对煮茧制丝废水进行膜分离,经纳滤后其透滤液的COD降至43 mg/L,BOD降至34 mg/L,达到排放标准要求或制丝生产用水标准,对膜截留液进行浓缩和干燥,从而得到丝胶蛋白,其回收率达86。
