2、工作前，检查两侧油缸的油量，如油量不够，应及时加油；加油时，严防砂子进入油箱，决不许用砂子围住加油口加油。
3、鄂板下部有积砂顶住鄂板时，须清除积砂后再生产。
4、下箱造型机在翻转过程中，靠近设备正前方不要站人，以免发生人身事故。
5、根据生产需要，可调节震击司气伐，以改变震击高度。
6、工作后，清除机座上积砂时，首先开动起模翻转伐，使活塞升到最高位置，在翻转工作台与震击工作台之间垫上支撑物，然后清除积砂。在清理过程中，任何人不得扳动伐门，以免发生人身事故。
