METHODS: Hypertrophic scar derived fibroblasts cultivated in vitro were observed and analysed through light microscope(LM), MTT test, and flow cytometry(FCM).
目的:研究rhIFN-α对病理性瘢痕成纤维细胞生物学行为的影响,探讨细胞因子对病理性瘢痕的作用机制。

[Objective]:To investigate the relationship between rhIFN-α and rhIL-2 and their effects on biological behavior and pathological changes of fibroblasts, so that the mechanism which cytokines affect hypertrophic scar can be disclose to provide the theory base for clinical prevention and treatment on hypertrophic scar.
[目的]研究细胞因子rhIFN-α、rhIL-2对病理性瘢痕成纤维细胞生物学行为的影响以及与病理改变的关系,以探讨细胞因子对病理性瘢痕的作用机理,为临床预防和治疗瘢痕提供细胞生物学、分子生物学及病理学水平的理论依据。

Objective:To study the expressions of Wnt-1 and Sfrp-1 in hypertrophic scar,keloid,surgical scar and normal skin tissues,and investigate their roles and significances in pathological scar.
目的:研究病理性瘢痕组织中Wnt-1与Sfrp-1的表达及其临床意义 方法:采用链霉素亲生物素-过氧化酶免疫组织化学方法(SP法)检测2006年3月至2007年3月中南大学湘雅二医院烧伤整形科的瘢痕标本48例(其中增生性瘢痕28例、瘢痕疙瘩8例、外科瘢痕12例)和正常皮肤标本8例(患者和供皮者均知情同意)中Wnt-1与Sfrp-1的表达,采用着色强度和阳性细胞率二者评分相结合的方法观察分析:1 Wnt-1和Sfrp-1在增生性瘢痕,瘢痕疙瘩,外科瘢痕,正常皮肤组织中的表达差异;2 Wnt-1和Sfrp-1表达的相关性。
