性质:与大地没有电气连接的配电网。1~10kV高压配电网、煤矿井下低压配电网采用这种配电网。主要优点是单相接地电流较小、单相电击危险性较小、不容易受其他系统及地下杂散电流的影响。主要不足之处是过电压防护性能不好。国外还有一种经高阻抗接地的配电网。在不接地配电网和经高阻抗接地的配电网中,用电设备裸露的不带电导体应采取保护接地措施。
