The tests of hydraulic damper are one of the important methods to detect the various technical parameters of damper.

This thesis derivates the static character of servo-valve used for hydraulic system of hydraulic oscillation unit for Jiangyin large-size round billet caster and linear function,flow equation for hydraulic actuator,and transfer function,natural frequency,and hydraulic damping ratio for the system and verifies by substituting actual number,which fulfill fully normal production conditions.

This paper presents fluidlastic damper s designing and principle, and makes a comparison between fluidlastic damper and elastomreic damper and hydraulic damper.
