Review on the origin, indication, chemical constituents, analytical method and quality standard of 9 crude drugs of phycomycotina recorded in Pharmacopeia of PRC, the quality standard should be developed to ensure the crude drugs safe and effective clinically.
对《中国药典》2005年版收载的9种藻菌类药材的来源、功效、化学成分、检测方法及其质量标准收载情况进行了综述,建议完善此类药材的质量标准,保证临床用药的安全有效。

为了探讨氧化铁纳米颗粒固定化溶藻菌后对铜绿微囊藻的溶藻作用和降解微囊藻毒素LR(MC-LR)的作用,从太湖水体中分离获得一株属于芽孢杆菌属的溶藻菌,将其与氧化铁纳米颗粒固定化后,以普通Fe2O3作为实验对照,测定其溶藻作用和降解MC-LR作用。

   担子菌亚门黑粉菌目中能引起植物发生黑粉状病征的一类真菌。现已发现的黑粉菌约50个属800多种,中国已知18个属130多种,大多数是植物寄生菌。寄主集中在禾本科、十字花科、毛茛科、百合科等植物,尤以禾本科粮食作物受害严重。在自然条件下,黑粉菌在一定寄主植物上完成其生活史。接近于专性寄生菌,人工培养也能生长,有的也能完成生活史。病株上形成的黑粉是病菌的冬孢子,单细胞呈圆形,暗色,厚壁,表面光滑或具突起,也称厚垣孢子。黑粉菌分布广泛,大多数黑粉菌的初次侵染来源是由种子上附着的和落入土壤中的厚垣孢子,一般无再次侵染,寄主范围也小,比较容易通过种子处理得到控制。
