The effect of intake valve layout on intake process in gasoline engine;

Used bench test, it simulated load environment and contact condition of diesel engine intake valve and seat,researched the wear mechanism and analyzed the influence factor.

This text introduced that:(1) the technics way of the boring and reaming machine of motoreycle engine cylinder head's inlet and exhaust gateway pipe and seatcircle,(2) the advanced MAPAL cutting tool system structure,fixing and orientation characteristics,(3) the request of using this system ,and (4) the cutting parameter and machining effect.
