白肋烟(
burley) 烟草类型之一。是普通烟草的缺绿变异型。茎和叶脉乳白色,又称白色白肋烟(White burley)。烟叶用晾房调制成淡色晾烟。 原产美国,主脉较粗,水分含量较高,叶片较薄,弹性强,尼古丁和总氮含量比烤烟高,烟气劲头大,含糖量低,具有很强的吸收能力。在一般工艺加工过程中,白肋烟吸收糖料40%以上,晒烟20-30%,烤烟仅10-20%。白肋烟有调和香气和吃味的作用,是混合型卷烟的重要原料,也是斗烟原料。 白肋烟生长势较强,生长期较短,成熟集中。应以基肥为主,追肥为辅和施足基肥,早施追肥为原则,中国每公顷通常栽植2.25万-3万株。白肋烟抗逆性较弱,易受病虫为害,应采取轮作。烟叶成熟特征与烤烟相似,采收晾制以“三伏天”为宜。采收方法有两种。 砍株法:当中部叶成熟时,离地面7-10cm处将烟株割下,在田间凋萎后,用竿穿起,倒挂在晾房里晾制。 采叶法:采后划破主脉,然后用绳穿起挂入晾房。中国多用此法。晾制过程中,叶色变化为淡绿→黄绿→淡黄→正黄→棕色→褐色。通过开关门窗和调整烟绳距离控制温湿度,温度要求16-32℃,相对湿度在66-80%的范围内。干燥程度以手捏叶片易碎、主筋易于折断为宜。晾制时间一般脚叶需15天左右,腰叶20天左右,顶叶25天左右。白肋烟美国生产最多,其次是意大利、西班牙、巴西、韩国、马拉维、墨西哥等。中国50年代引进种植,主要集中在湖北、四川两省种植。说明:补充资料仅用于学习参考,请勿用于其它任何用途。
