秦皇岛国际游艇俱乐部海上运动场，位于秦皇岛海港区西部汤河入海口西侧海岸，建成于1989年9月，第十一届亚洲运动会的帆船、帆板比赛曾经在这里举行。
亚运会指挥楼是海上运动场的主体建筑，其设计十分巧妙，外型酷似一艘乳白色的游船，加之三面环水，如航行于海面上，故又有人称之为“船楼”。船楼的地理位置得天独厚，站在三楼平台上观看日出更是近水楼台。清晨站此举目四顾，秦皇岛港繁忙的景象，海滩上赶海的人群，悄然起航的渔船，破云而出的红日，尽收眼底。
