The results showed that: the number of non- or spore- forming bacteria, fungi and actinomyces in primary environmental region and ecology restoration region was more than that in eroded soil.
结果表明,无芽孢型细菌、有芽孢型细菌和细菌总数量为:原生环境区>生态恢复治理区>水土流失区;细菌、真菌和放线菌的数量为:原生环境区和生态恢复治理区>水土流失区;在生态恢复治理区中有些真菌和放线菌的数量接近或超过原生环境区;原生环境区和生态恢复治理区微生物各类群数量反映出草地的土壤质量和健康状况高于水土流失区;微生物各类群数量分布的基本特征与微生物生物量碳、全氮、有机碳含量和微生物生物量碳占有机碳百分比的高低有很好的相关性。
