liufen对diqi馏分洗涤器(bateh serubber of fraetions)用酸或碱溶液间歇脱除各馏分(见酚油馏分加工)中毗吮碱或酚的反应设备。 洗涤器由壳体、搅拌装置和放料装置组成。洗涤器用碳钢制造。当脱除毗陡碱时,壳体内壁铺设耐酸内衬。物料搅拌方式分机械搅拌和压缩空气搅拌两种。机械搅拌时,对流循环能力和湍流扩散能力较强,逸出气体中夹带的雾滴较少,物料不易氧化或产生胶质体;压缩空气搅拌时,操作简单,噪声小,但压缩空气带出的雾滴多。压缩空气的压力为38一39kPa。机械搅拌方式的洗涤器基本结构见图。壳体子‘酸内衬川 馏分洗涤器 (田荣斌张平生)
