pe】nle1Pan配煤盘(rotary一disk proPortioning feeder)配煤设备之一。又称圆盘给料机。通过调节圆盘转速和料流截面积实现定量连续给煤。 配煤盘由圆盘、调节套筒、刮煤板和驱动装置等组成。(见图)配煤盘安装在配煤槽下面。煤从配煤八 配煤盘配煤示意图槽放料口，经装在配煤槽下部可升降的调节套筒落到旋转着的配煤圆盘上，被可调节角度的刮煤板，刮到配煤胶带翰送机上。配煤盘靠以下三种方式调节配煤量:(1)调节套筒的高度，改变套筒与圆盘之间煤的堆积截面;(2)调节刮煤板角度，使截取煤量与要求配量接近;(3)借调速电机来调节圆盘的转速。配煤盘对水分大、含煤泥多的煤适应性强，不受料柱压力的影响，操作可靠，维护方便;但设备笨重，耗电量大，刮煤板易挂杂物，从而影响配煤准确性，故需经常清扫。 (李克漪谢生昌)
